We are a constantly growing network of innovators - universities, communities and individual experts - who are experts in their areas and want to build valuable innovation. We serve as the gateway to the innovators and a catalyst to the innovation.
Our mission is to minimize the cost of innovation
The main barrier to innovation is high cost, and the "build vs buy" dilemma is a tradeoff: when you decide to innovate using your internal resources ("build" decision), the development process is expensive. Acquiring already built innovation ("buy" decision) incurs significant costs due to the integration and adaptation required (someone else was the early adopter for whom the solution was tailored).
Our methodology
There is the third option - Innovation Catalyst. It aims to reduce both the costs of developing and integrating an innovative solution by flexibly using the network of innovators in the process.
First, you can identify the problem and ideate solutions yourself, or we can match you with innovators that will help you find the most valuable areas for innovation. We will fit the right methods, like round tables, workshops, hackathons, marathons, and more, to make this step the most efficient.
When you have identified the most promising innovative projects, you can decide to build them internally, or you can let the innovators build them as start-ups. You will be the early adopter so the solution will be tailored to your context and you will have equity in the new company so you can benefit from its success when it scales.
